Internal Ministries

There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord.  I Corinthians 12:4-5

The following ministry teams serve our congregation and its members so that, together, we can serve others.

Congregational Care

The Congregational Care Team provides and coordinates cards, meals, and other care for church members in need. It also coordinates roses in celebration of new births and manages Network 6:2.

Membership and Assimilation

The Assimilation Team coordinates activities that help new members become an active part of the congregation through Inquirers' classes, new member sponsors, ministry opportunities coordination, and spiritual gifts inventories and education.

Building and Grounds

The Building & Grounds Team oversees the landscape planning and maintenance, building maintenance, worship setup and breakdown, special setup breakdown for educational programs, social events, etc.

Administration and Finance

The Finance Team plans, implements, and monitors the annual budget.  The team also oversees long term planning, oversees the church treasurer, and writes grants. They are responsible for insurance and offering counting.

Personnel 

The Personnel Team is responsible for all matters pertaining to church employees and for giving support to the pastor and Session in the administering of personnel and practices as set forth by the Session.

Strategic Planning

The Strategic Planning Team serves as a hands-on, coordinating and organizational body, building long-term structure into the church processes and teams.

Stewardship

The Stewardship Team fosters discipleship within the church body by engaging the congregation’s time, talents and resources.
