Welcome to Eastminster Presbyterian

We are pleased that you have found us on the Internet! We hope that you will look around and learn more about Eastminster. We encourage you to bookmark our site and check back with us for new information and ideas as our website evolves.

In our twelve year history, EPC has become a viable presence in the Simpsonville community. We have completed two capital campaigns totaling $1.2 million and were awarded the Walton Award for new church development. Our unique multi-purpose building has created partnership opportunities with the YMCA, Boy Scouts and neighboring churches. We offer educational programming for preschoolers through adults and were happy to welcome our Director of Christian Education in October 2010. We have supported many local and global outreach projects such as the Building Dreams mentoring program, Habitat for Humanity, Project Host, Safe Families, Angel Tree, Souper Bowl, Two-Cents a Meal, United Ministries, God’s Pantry, Latino and low-income school initiatives, and Ghana ministries. We nurture each other through committed men’s and women’s groups and our in-house system of support, Network 6:2. We enjoy annual traditions such as the Fall Festival and Chili Cook-off, Hanging of the Greens, EPC Bistro, Youth Rummage Sale, and Holy Week activities. We also fellowship together in our Under 50/Over 50 groups, Wednesday night gatherings, family retreats and Sunday Socials. Our worship component has  included adult and children’s choirs, a bluegrass band, hand bells, and the creation of a beautiful outdoor worship space.

As with any church, we continue to discern who God wants us to be. We hope you’ll consider joining. It’s an exciting time at EPC!
